1. The machine utilize the inclined wedge type rolling shear principle, which realizes plate going forward by hob rotating so as to cut the chamfer of plate to meet the beveling requirements of Q235 steel, corrosion resistant plate and 16Mn steel, with accurate beveling size, clean surface.
2. Contrast with flame cutting, beveling machine has well advantages such as low energy consumption, quick beveling speed (more than times of flame cutting), unnecessary to clean bur. No need to clamp the workpiece while beveling, easy using & high efficiency.
